Thank you for your kind words of support and enouragement! I joined this site because I am serious about meeting my goals, albeit in as long as it takes me, and I wanted a way for my boyfriend to be able to see my progress in numbers (he's the math-type who likes that sort of thing). I love the idea of a real community of people all in this for healthier selves. :)

Did my back in on Wednesday in the gym which has put a spanner in the works for the old training...

I'll be 'back' on track on Monday though when hopefully it's recovered!
